Mr. Sarris is a graduate of University of London where he has graduated with a Masters in Law with honors. Therefore he also represents clients in legal issues with international law aspects.  

He has worked at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue and Higgs, Fletcher & Mack for a number of years as a corporate lawyer with emphasis in Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking and Securities law. Clients were primarily banking institutions subject to State and Federal regulation and 1934 Exchange Act reporting. Responsibilities included registering securities under the 1933 Securities Act and 1934 Exchange Act and performing all aspects of corporate negotiations, documentation and drafting.

In addition he has worked in Wall Street for J.P. Morgan as an investment banker in Mergers & Acquisitions where he had an opportunity to combine his legal and business skills.

Mr. Sarris volunteers at the Harriet Buhai Center and Levitt and Quinn Family law Center where he deals exclusively with family law issues. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with emphasis in accounting and finance, an expertise needed in handling complex matters of community property.
